REDUCING THE PRICE OF A RECIPE ASSIGNMENT
*There are TWO parts to this assignment.
PART 1
Find a recipe for a dinner meal with at least FIVE ingredients. Choose something that you may want to make later in the course. For example, lasagna, stew, casserole dish, etc. Be sure to convert to metric before completing the costing form. Open the following document to complete this assignment.
PART 2
What are ways to reduce the cost of this recipe? Find at least THREE ways to reduce the cost of the recipe you have chosen. Write a brief paragraph at the bottom of the costing sheet to explain these three ways.
