Assignment:
This assignment has TWO PARTS: (1) Healthy Menu for a Day and (B) Vision Board
THINK about the following questions as you go through it.
- How much of each food group do you require daily? Caloric intake?
- What food(s) do you enjoy eating from each of the food groups?
- How much time should someone in your age group spend being physically active each day?
- What physical activities do you enjoy that will motivate you to get fit or stay fit if you already are?
- Wellness involves your mind too. What do you do to keep your mental fitness up?
- How do you see yourself, mind and body, in 1, 5, 10, 15, 25 years? What will you be like? What do you want to be like? (Think about how your older relatives are doing and their current mental well being and health conditions.)
- What inspirational quotes or words of wisdom can motivate and encourage you to eat healthy and be physically active.
