Submit your completed documentary and script and reference below.

1. Video: You will need to upload to YouTube or Vimeo and submit the link on a Word document into Moodle. Credits must include all sources in MLA format. You can set the

video to private or so that it will require a password; ask me how if this is a concern to you or your parents.

2. Documentation: Upload your written script and a reference list for the video. 

Assessment criteria:

All elements of the assignment are present:

  • video of the prescribed length posted to YouTube (or Vimeo)
  • link to the documentary provided
  • reference list and script are submitted
  • include a section where you address any Indigenous protocols you followed or explored to make sure you were being respectful of the information you are sharing
  • direct reference to outside sources should be made
  • script should be well-edited
  • content must be accurate
  • production choices support the delivery of content in a clear, engaging fashion

References are expected to be in MLA form and must be included in the video credits and with the script. 

Submission options:

This is where you will upload your assignment to your teacher for marking. 

You will upload the file containing your assignment.  

Name the file with your name and the title.  eg. Sally Brown Infographic Response

    • Click Add submission.

    • The Online Text box is used for brief comments or to paste your link to a shareable document. If you are using google docs, please select 'get shareable link' and then 'anyone with link can edit' and then 'copy link'. Use the chain icon in the online text box to create a hyperlink. Do not use the online text box to paste your whole assignment. 

    • Or, upload the file containing your assignment under File submission. 

    • Click Save changes.
