Summary:

The student will create a concept map using an online software program, such as Prezi, which compares and contrasts the six types of chemical reactions introduced in this Chemistry module.

Project Timing:

In its most basic form, this project will take the average student 2 hours. 

Materials:

• internet
• online presentation software

Ideas and Hints:

Using an online presentation software program, such as Prezi, create a concept map for types of chemical reactions. You must include the following information in your presentation:

• General description of the six chemical reactions covered in the course.
• Generic reaction equations.
• Two examples of each type of reaction.
• Importance or uses of each reaction type.
• Citation of sources for information and any images used.
