My Animal Project Choices

squirrelChoose ONE idea to do:

A)     Make a three-dimensional image of your animal using your choice of materials. Some ideas include paper-mache, clay, rice cereal and frosting, 3D printer, etc.

B)      Make a two-dimensional image of your animal using your choice of materials. You can create your own digital image, draw, paint, photograph the creature in the wild, etc.

C)     Do a research project to find out more about the animal you wrote about. What is its environment, what does it eat, how long does it live, what are its prey or predators? Life cycle? Etc.

D)     Make a video presentation of your animal descriptive writing. Make a cartoon, series of images, stop motion video, etc. Words from your essay can be spoken, written, or a combination of the two.

E)      Record yourself giving a dramatic reading of your descriptive writing.

F)      Create an old-school  “radio” recording of your descriptive essay. Include music and sound effects. Audacity is an audio program you can download for free.

G)     Create a handmade booklet of your descriptive writing featuring a title page, writing, and images.
