Visualizing you as an Active Adult

You have gone through the benefits of living an active lifestyle.

Now, I want you to explore how you will be able to design your life to ensure that you are physically active as an adult.

Pick one 5 year age range

(20 - 25, 25-30, 30-35, 35-40, 45-50 etc...)

and think about the types of activities that you will be doing to ensure that you are maintaining a physically active lifestyle.

In 2-3 paragraphs explain

  • Where you see yourself in this age range - school, work, family etc..
  • the types of physical activity in which you will be participating
  • why you think you will participate in those particular activities. Discuss any possible challenges you think you may face.
    • Explore what attracts you to those particular activities
    • Briefly discuss the health benefits you will get from those activities.
