3.3 Canada's Role in Vietnam

Officially, Canada was neutral during the Vietnam War. The US government asked for our support. The Canadian government declined. 

In reality, it was much more complex than that, as the article "Vietnam War - Canada's Role" will explain.

Your task is to write a clear response to this article. You will need to respond to three of the following issues listed below.

• Allowing thousands of draft dodgers to immigrate to Canada at this time

• Conducting secret missions
• Manufacturing arms
• Testing Agent Orange for the Americans
• Taking in thousands of refugees after the war
