Your notebook may be submitted in the following ways:

• In person if it is a paper notebook.
• Scanned - If completed "by hand", scan it as one big .pdf file (best idea) or scan it as multiple .jpg's and put them into a single WORD document.  Always combine your scans into a word document (page-by-page) and submit it as one file.
• Include a link if it is an online notebook.
• Attach a document if it is a word document.
