Meeting with School Facilitator & Completing Proposal Form

It is important to meet with your school facilitator to complete this Proposal Form for the following reasons:

1. Your proposal must be presented and approved by your school facilitator.
2. Both parties will set a timeline for meeting on a regular basis and determining when the project will be completed.
3. Both parties will agree on how the presentation will be done and when.
